45,000 SF of Raised Floors @ 150 Watts/SF: Central Hudson Energy Group (NYSE: CHG) provides power to the HVBC directly from its nearby Lincoln Park substation, with up to 150 watts per-square-foot available immediately for the HVBC's 45,000 square feet of raised floor area.
200,000 SF @ 150 Watts/ SF: Central Hudson Energy Group's engineers have reviewed the project and have provided a written guarantee that they can provide up to 27 ½ MW of additional power to the facility directly from their Lincoln Park substation, which translates to 150 watts-per-square-foot for the entire 200,000 square foot building.
Redundant Power: The Hudson Valley Business Center's infrastructure was designed to provide power to the facility via two separate or "redundant" power supplies, with a switch located at Central Hudson's Lincoln Park substation. Central Hudson offers the lowest cost energy rates in New York State.
The HVBC also offers emergency power generation capacity.
